Donate to the Library Foundation
Thanks to the generous support of county voters, our libraries are once again open and serving the needs of our diverse population.
Our collections are growing, periodicals have been updated, and computers are accessible again. Walk into any one of our libraries and you’ll find a warm, inviting atmosphere, positive energy, and a wonderful staff.
While providing a stable source of financing, the current tax base can only fund so much. Our libraries are running at reduced hours, collections are only slowly rebuilding, and computers are several years old.
What our library system needs now is a second source of stable funding, funds that can be used to enhance services, increase collections and keep technology current. Your Hood River Library Foundation board is comprised of local citizens who believe in better libraries, and we are hoping you will join with us and share in the vision. Check out who we are and what we fund.
Will you help create a great library for Hood River? Your tax-deductible donation will help us be successful. For more information please contact Jen Bayer via phone (541) 645-0924 or via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
