Looking for what to read next? Here are some good sources:

For new books we would recommend Fantastic Fiction, which one can browse by genre or author; and Book Marks, which includes reviews of titles, reading lists, and interviews with authors and critics.

If you’re looking for something that encompasses both new and old books, we would recommend some list like the Listopia page on Goodreads, a nearly endless trove of reading suggestions sorted by an array of criteria.

If you know a genre or kind of book you like, just Googling this can actually be quite helpful in finding something to read you wouldn’t otherwise have known about.

NPR’s Book Concierge allows you to search for books from the previous year by subject matter and different interests.
