Teen Murder Mystery Escape Room
Saturday, Jan 24th, 4-6 PM
This event is recommended for High School aged teens, ages 14-18.
You’re invited to a party in the woods that turns out to involve -gasp- a murder! If you’re up for an evening full of puzzles, riddles, and cryptic codes, this is your time to shine!Advanced sign-up is required. Teens can sign up with this link, or via the Hood River Library website.
D&D
Every other Wednesday in January, beginning January 14th5-7 PM in the Meeting Room (new time and location)
Beginner Dungeons and Dragons group for tweens and teens, led by experienced Dungeon Masters. This is an inclusive, beginner friendly group! Recommended for ages 12-18, all materials and snacks included!
OBOB Meetings
Fridays at 4pm
Our Children’s and Teen Services Librarians will be hosting drop-in OBOB practice sessions for all Hood River middle schoolers on Fridays from 4-5, beginning on November 21st. Students from all Middle Schools welcome to attend!
Students who are home schooled, or do not have a school team but would like to participate in OBOB are invited to join a team through the Hood River Library.

Discover and Go is a partnership between the Libraries of Eastern Oregon, member libraries, and local arts, culture, history, and recreation organizations to offer free educational and cultural experiences to library patrons across the LEO service area.
Discover and Go provides online access to free tickets donated by local cultural attractions. You can visit the Columbia Gorge Museum, High Desert Museum, Maryhill Museum of Art, OMSI, Oregon State Parks (pass is a parking permit covering parking/day use fees), and the Tamástslikt Cultural Institute.
